The credit limit is a set value on your account to help manage your bill charges. This amount is set based on your plan and monthly subscription.
The credit limit balance takes into account your total current charges including Monthly subscription, other charges and tax.
For example: From your invoice if the Total Amount Due (Tax included) adds up to $1,142.98 and your Credit Limit is $1,200.00 This means you will only be allowed chargeable voice calls, SMS or data worth up to $57.02 (this means $1,200.00- $1,142.98 = $57.02). Your credit limit balance would be $57.02.

Your credit limit does not prevent your monthly subscription from being added to your account.
The maximum credit limit you can have is up to three times the amount of your deposit, dependent on your plan.
To increase your credit limit above the maximum value, an additional deposit and signature may be required which can be done at any Digicel location.
